Wayfaring Stranger is an American folk song that refers to Christians' temporary presence in this world. But while I may travel this world as a stranger, I am not lost; I follow Jesus and my destination is in heaven.

ahhh.. now that's more like it. very cute! i am still amazed by how much hair cora has! and does she really sleep with so much light in the room? or did you open the shades just before she got up?
thanks for the family pic. it's nice to see all of you. and you're right... a man expecting dinner doesn't argue with his wife at lunch. :-)
thanks for all the kind comments about my daughter, guys. i really do lick it up, you know. she is my absolute pride and joy, and i could go on and on about how smart, funny, and interesting she is.
bipin: yes, i did open the blinds. it was time for her to wake from her nap when i took this series of photos.
saur: she is certainly not a teeny baby any longer. more and more like a little girl. she likes to do big girl things, too, like push a little toy stroller while carrying a handbag, and wearing hats in front of the mirror.
Do you "miss" Cora when she's asleep? I'd wait sometimes for my niece Megan to awake from her afternoon naps, when she was a toddler, so we could resume playtime! Love your description of Cora being a little girl with handbag, hats and all!
