Wayfaring Stranger is an American folk song that refers to Christians' temporary presence in this world. But while I may travel this world as a stranger, I am not lost; I follow Jesus and my destination is in heaven.

Sneaky soul-winning
My good friend, Amy in Washington, D.C., recently posted about her church's Go! Spread! Fire! week-end reach-out campaign. They passed out cold water on hot days, dropped tracked wrapped in dollar bills, and took pictures for tourists at the National Mall. The post is definitely worth a read just to get crazy ideas for evangelism. I can totally imagine myself tossing dollar bills at students at the University of Washington, then talking to them as they ask for more ... heh, heh. Don't like sneaky soul-winning? Consider this: Jesus told us to be wise as snakes!
