A Wok With Jesus: Saving Souls in Chinese Kitchens - Los Angeles Times
I blogged earlier this month about a New York-based ministry to immigrant Chinese restaurant workers. That one was quite unique because it involved people's free nighttime cellphone minutes and conference call Bible studies. The Los Angeles Times has a similar story, about a Taiwanese former-restaurant-owner-turned-evangelist who focuses her ministry on the poor and downtrodden making your chow-fun day-in-day-out.
