There are some things in life that I truly savor. Thankfully, most of these things can be had for less than $50, like late-night wonton noodles with Coke at Hing Loon restaurant in Seattle. One of the things I really like, and just wanted to share with all of you, is the Trimline NIV bible from Zondervan. You can easily hold it with one hand and even single-handedly flip the pages, which is useful if you're standing while riding the bus. It even fits in jean pockets. You can find scriptures faster because the narrow pages take less time to turn. It has just the right amount of notation, and helpful end-of-paragraph cross-references when space allows. Beautiful. I've gone through at least three of these so far because I keep losing them.
