Wayfaring Stranger is an American folk song that refers to Christians' temporary presence in this world. But while I may travel this world as a stranger, I am not lost; I follow Jesus and my destination is in heaven.

Fashion disaster
Over the weekend, I visited our sister church in Phoenix, AZ. It was near 90 degrees there, so I felt cold back here in Seattle and decided this morning to dig out a sweater. The wool grey sweater I choose matched perfectly with my flat-front, retro brown pants. Unfortunately, I forgot the sweater had shrunk to girl dimensions and I had given it to my wife to wear. To make things worse, I choose an overly large t-shirt to wear underneath, so now I have these bulges under my tight-fitting sweater that make me look really pudgy.
