My favorite Chinatown restaurant

The Seattle Times recently had a nice write-up of Hing Loon Seafood Restaurant in Seattle's Chinatown. I've actually found blog links to be quite influential in businesses' Google rankings, so I'll try to give shout-outs to my favorites from time to time.

What do I like most about Hing Loon? To be honest, I think the food at Honey Court Seafood Restaurant across the street is a little better, but when I have guests from out of town and want to have a nice environment and overall dining experience, I'll be more likely to take them to Hing Loon. I don't recommend the dishes the food reporter ordered in the article, though. I'd suggest getting some stir-fried vegetable, maybe a deep-fried half chicken, salt-and-pepper chicken wings or tofu, a hot pot or sizzling platter, and a steamed fish. The honey walnut prawns can be hit-or-miss at Hing Loon.
