Blogspot domain now accessible in China

Danwei.org reports Blogger's blogspot.com domain is now accessible in China, although it's never a certainty with various Chinese ISPs and specific word filters causing trouble. That's awesome that Chinese netizens can actually read my blog without having to use proxy software.

There is some negative connotations associated with this news, however. It means Google (which owns Blogger) is getting cozy with censorship and oppression. And these are the guys whose corporate motto is "Don't be evil."
