Wayfaring Stranger is an American folk song that refers to Christians' temporary presence in this world. But while I may travel this world as a stranger, I am not lost; I follow Jesus and my destination is in heaven.

The story of McCandlish Phillips
Some time ago, the New Yorker magazine published a story about McCandlish Phillips, a star reporter for the New York Times who listened to God. His life is reminiscent to that of Daniel in the Old Testament, I think.
I was really inspired by this story because I think it shows in detail how people who work in media can be used by God. And it reminds me of my friend here in Washington, D.C., who has similarly responded to the call of God in her life, even leaving a prestigious journalist position to help with our church pioneering effort.
